Payment and payment plans
Payment is taken at time of booking. Dr Silberstein is happy to discuss payment options in strict confidence and can work with you to make a payment plan.
Dr Silberstein will not turn away a client due to inability to pay the full price. Please contact her before booking in this instance.
Cancellations
Dr Silberstein reserves the right to charge the full fee in cases of non-attendance. Cancellations mean that other families who could have had this slot have to wait longer.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, no refund is given. Admin charges apply to cancellations made earlier.
Is a virtual consultation right for me?
Virtual consultations work well for low milk supply, relactation, induced lactation and many feeding questions. Some concerns, such as tongue tie, are better assessed face-to-face, and Dr Silberstein may recommend an in-person appointment where appropriate.
